An established and growing logistics business is looking to appoint an ambitious Regional Director to lead the continued growth of its Heathrow operation.
This is a senior opportunity for a commercially driven freight professional who wants to take the next step beyond a traditional management position, with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to become a stakeholder in the business.
The Role
*Take responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the operation
*Develop existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities
*Lead, motivate and develop the team

The Ideal Candidate
*Strong background within freight forwarding or logistics
*Proven commercial and leadership experience
*Entrepreneurial and independently minded
*Strong network and relationship-building ability
*Ambitious, driven and focused on growth
*Existing business or transferable relationships would be advantageous
