A large UK financial advice business is starting delivery of a major change programme across its adviser network. The board has approved implementation, and they need experienced advice specialists to help make it work in practice for advisers.
The role
*Define new advice processes and the regulatory requirements behind them.
*Work with the programme team on supporting systems, adviser communications and contractual changes.
*Lead the rollout to advisers: explain what’s changing and help them adopt it.
What you’ll bring
*Hands-on advice experience. Ideally you are a former adviser who has moved into proposition, process or regulatory work.
*A background in wealth, mortgages or platforms.
*A track record on large delivery or change programmes in financial services.
*Regulatory knowledge you have actually applied, including FCA-facing work if possible.
*Credibility with advisers.
The detail
*Initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35.
*Swindon-based, 2-3 days a week on site.
*Immediate start preferred, but 4 weeks’ notice can be accommodated.
