Full job descriptionAccount Director | Social-First Creative Agency | LondonI’m working with a fast-growing social-first creative agency that’s looking for an Account Director to join their London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work across social content, campaigns and creator-led work for a range of exciting brands, while helping shape the next stage of growth for the agency.
You’ll be the senior lead across key accounts, driving client relationships, leading integrated teams and ensuring great work is delivered commercially and creatively.
You’ll be responsible for:*Leading day-to-day client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
*Managing social content, campaigns and creator partnerships from brief to delivery
*Working closely with strategy, creative and production teams to bring ideas to life
*Managing budgets, profitability and account growth opportunities
*Developing and mentoring account management team members
*Presenting campaign thinking, recommendations and performance reviews
We’re looking for:*Existing Account Directors or Senior Account Managers ready to step up
*Agency experience across social, content, influencer or digital
*Strong commercial awareness and account growth experience
*Brilliant client management and stakeholder skills
*Experience working within integrated creative teams
