Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a night shift Production Operative to join a manufacturing company based in the Worthing area. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Production operative, operative or similar. You’ll be dealing with small components and working in a clean room environment.


For the Production Operative role, you must be available for a night shift from 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off, this will overlap on some weekends and bank holidays.




As a Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
*Operating machinery and equipment
*Completing batch documents
*Understanding and following requirements for an ever-changing environment
*Be prepared to wear full PPE




Requirements for the Production Operative:
*Must have previous experience as a manufacturing / production technician, dealing with small components
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
*Strong attention to detail
*Happy to work night shifts

The Production Operative is a permanent night shift position working 7pm to 7am 4 days on, 4 days off. You will have to work some weekends and bank holidays. The salary is £25,783 + a £6,000 night shift allowance, making the total package to £31,783 per annum. This role is based fully on site in Worthing.
