Our client, a successful and growing manufacturing business based in Norfolk, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. The duration of the contract is flexible and expected to be between 6 and 12 months, depending on project requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and results-driven Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead projects from initial planning through to successful completion
*Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
*Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality and commercial teams
*Act as the main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
*Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans where required
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
*Prepare and present regular project updates and reports
*Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience in a Project Manager position within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment
*A proven track record of successfully delivering projects to agreed timescales and budgets
*Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
*A proactive and hands-on approach
