Full job descriptionLocation: Midlands – Hybrid, 2–3 days per week onsite
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to join a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role – approximately 70% coding/architecture and 30% leading an onshore and offshore development team.
The Role*Design and build applications using Node.js, React and TypeScript.
*Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions.
*Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
*Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers.
*Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards.
*Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker and CI/CD.
*Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product and Business teams.
About YouYou’ll have strong commercial experience with:
*Node.js – essential
*React 18+ and TypeScript – essential
*REST APIs and modern application architecture
*AWS and PostgreSQL
*Docker, Git and CI/CD
*Leading or mentoring development teams
Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices experience would be advantageous.
