Full job descriptionAmour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a CNC Turner/Programmer on behalf of a family run engineering company based in Havant.
In this exciting position, you’ll support a busy production operation, assisting a growing team with the Programming, Setting and Operating of CNC turning Machines.
You’ll need to be familiar with Siemens systems, and have a flexible attitude to working, with a willingness to do overtime (which is paid time and half!)
Responsibilities:
*Programming, Setting and Operating CNC lathes using siemens controls.
*Creating and modifying CNC programs to optimize efficiency.
*Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor maintenance.
*Setting up tooling and fixtures for production runs.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Programmer in a production environment.
*Proficiency in Siemens controls.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing.
