We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and fit-out to manage projects across London.
You’ll oversee delivery from planning through to completion, coordinating joinery packages and fit-out works while keeping projects on programme, within budget and to the required quality.
The role:
*Manage day-to-day project delivery and site teams.
*Coordinate joinery manufacture, deliveries and installation alongside fit-out works.
*Manage subcontractors, procurement and project programmes.
*Liaise with clients, consultants and design teams.
*Monitor costs, variations, quality and health and safety.
*Oversee snagging and final handover.
About you:
*Proven experience managing joinery and fit-out projects.
*Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery and interior finishes.
*Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades.
*Hands-on, organised and proactive
