NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly respected Chartered Financial Planning firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who is looking for the flexibility of a fully remote position, whilst continuing to work within a professional, technically focused financial planning environment.


The Role
Working closely with experienced Financial Planners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports
*Undertaking technical research across pensions, investments and wider financial planning areas
*Producing cashflow analysis and supporting financial planning recommendations
*Preparing client review and recommendation documentation
*Liaising with providers and investment platforms
*Supporting Financial Planners with new business and ongoing client work
*Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
*Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, products and industry developments


About You
We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner who is confident working independently and has a strong technical understanding of financial planning.


*Minimum3+ years’ experience working as a Paraplanner
*Full Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) must be completed
*Those offering additional level 6 qualifications would receive a higher salary
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and wider financial planning
*Experience producing high-quality suitability reports
*Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
*The ability to manage your own workload and work effectively in a remote environment
*A professional and client-focused approach

*Salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience
