Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Chester in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
Representing one of the industry’s leading premium brands, this dealership forms part of a highly respected dealer group renowned for investing in its people. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience. You’ll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
*1 in 4 Saturday mornings, paid at overtime
What we’re looking for:
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership
*A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach
*Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*A professional and customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits:
*£30,000 basic salary
*£38,000 realistic OTE
*Uncapped bonus opportunities, including hours sold, service plans and upsell/cross-sell performance
*Current team members are consistently exceeding their bonus targets
