Full job descriptionHW Finance are supporting an SME charity in the appointment of an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide immediate support during a busy period of change. This is a hands-on role suited to a well-rounded finance professional who can quickly integrate into the business, take ownership of key finance activities, and provide commercial support to senior stakeholders.


Location: Covent Garden, London (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Duration: 4 - 6 months
Rate: £70,000 - £80,000 salary equivalent or equivalent day rate


Key Responsibilities include:
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the organisation.
*Business partner with senior stakeholders, providing insight to support decision-making.
*Prepare and review management accounts and financial reporting.
*Deliver financial modelling and performance analysis to improve business performance.
*Support the Financial Controller where required and act as a trusted member of the finance team.
*Review and improve financial controls, processes and reporting.


You will be:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Experienced Finance Manager with a hands-on and proactive approach.
*Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting skills.
*Available to start at short notice or immediately.
