Full job descriptionBusiness Systems & Integrations Manager - up to £80,000 - Fareham
We are looking for a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager to take ownership of business applications, reporting and integrations.Key responsibilities:
*Manage and support Sage 50, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Joblogic and Roveel.
*Troubleshoot system, data and integration issues and provide user support.
*Maintain and develop API integrations with clients and third-party systems.
*Develop automation, reporting and business applications to improve processes.
*Review, test and troubleshoot AI-generated code and technical solutions.
*Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical improvements.
About you:
*Strong experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.
*Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations and coding.
*Able to understand and troubleshoot code, ideally using Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar.
*Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable taking ownership of a varied systems environment.
*Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy to improve our systems, integrations and use of automation and AI.
