In this role, you will carry out a full range of on-site servicing, repair, and installation work on both domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will already have experience in a similar service and repair position.

Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)

Service Engineer
Role Responsibilities:
*Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements
*Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
*Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
*Actively be aware of opportunities to promote
*Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
*Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
*Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
*Complete and submit all required paperwork
*Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary
*Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
*Provide training and guidance to colleagues


Service Engineer
Skills & Qualification:
*Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
*Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
*Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
*UK Driving Licence
*Organised and self-motivated
*Attention to detail
*Customer focused
*A pleasant and friendly ’can-do’ attitude
*Health and Safety training required for the role
*Good time keeping
*Be flexible and adaptable
