Full job descriptionThe Role
* Creating high quality motion and animation across digital, social, campaigns and brand content
* Taking creative concepts from initial idea through to final animation and delivery
* Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters
* Developing motion systems, transitions, animation styles and visual treatments
* Bringing static design and creative concepts to life through movement
* Adapting motion content across different platforms, formats and audiences
* Working across both fast turnaround social content and larger campaign projects
* Presenting and communicating creative ideas to the wider team
* Taking ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Motion Designer with strong agency, studio or creative environment experience
* A strong portfolio showing motion, animation and creative storytelling
* Excellent understanding of timing, movement, composition and visual craft
* Strong skills across After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience with 2D animation, typography, transitions and visual effects
* 3D experience is a bonus but not essential
* Comfortable working across social, digital, campaign and brand content
* Conceptually minded with a strong visual eye
* Able to take an idea and turn it into polished, engaging motion
* Collaborative, proactive and hands on
* Comfortable working at pace across multiple briefs
