Job Description:
Full job descriptionAgreat opportunity to join a fast past business in a growing HR Team.
This is a brand new role working closely with the HRBP’s in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR including:
*Employee Relations casework
*Partnering with Managers across the business for all HR matters
*Coach, guide and upskill managers
*Induction and onboarding into the business.
*Supporting with review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
*Supporting the implementation and roll out into the business of a new HRIS
*HR projects
*Travel across the UK as and when required
*Based out of the Leeds Office 4 days per week with 1 day WFH
*Salary £35-40k depending on experience
