Year 7 Teaching Assistant

£95-£132 per day
28 September - 18 DecemberSANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a specialist secondary school in Hackney.Supporting a Year 7 class of 14 pupils, you will help students access learning, build confidence, develop communication skills, and engage positively throughout the school day.Responsibilities*Support students during lessons
*Promote positive behaviour and engagement
*Assist with communication and emotional regulation
*Work closely with the class teacher and SEND team
*Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom
Requirements*Experience working with young people preferred
*SEND experience desirable but not essential
*Patient, proactive, and resilient
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Pay and ProgressionPay ranges from £95-£132 per day based on experience, qualifications, SEND knowledge, and specialist school experience.Apply
