Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hybrid working arrangement: Four days in the office and one day working remotely
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 DOE
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team based in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and estate management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial property documents, including leases, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements.
*Providing expert legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters.
*Conducting property due diligence and title reviews.
*Managing and advising on leasing negotiations and rent reviews.
*Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress.
*Keeping abreast of relevant laws and industry developments, including BSA regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate law.
*In-depth knowledge of the BSA (Building Societies Act) and its application in property transactions.
*Proven experience managing complex property deals with attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
