Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the commercial partner with a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
*Handle title investigations, draft and review leases, missives, and other property documents.
*Engage in direct client interactions to provide legal advice and services.
*Collaborate with the team to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
*Participate in business development activities to help grow the client base and firm’s presence in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
*Strong understanding of property law and procedures.
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
*Ability to handle a varied workload with minimal supervision.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
*Proactive and eager to contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
