Full job description** IFRS Senior Finance Manager Opportunity – East Sussex**
£85,000 plus 15% bonus, plus benefits, plus 2 days WFH

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing business in East Sussex in their search for a competent and credible Senior Finance Manager (Financial controller) with IFRS experience.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
*Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS reporting to parent company in accordance with group instructions.
*Lead the monthly management and board meetings (UK)
*Liaise and report on the US Subsidiaries
*Implementing IFRS across all reporting.
*Manage contact with auditors and banks.
*Prepare statutory annual financial statements, annual corporate tax returns, multi-currency work and forex.
*Lead, mentor and develop a finance team of 5.
The successful candidate will be
*A fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA), ideally with a practice training
*6 years+ post qualified experience of IFRS reporting and leadership
*Evidence of holding responsibility for monthly accounts, quarterly and year end reporting.
*Able to demonstrate strong core technical accounting knowledge - IFRS
*Happy to be on-site 3 days per week in East Sussex. (London based candidates cannot be considered for this role)
