Reeson Education is looking for Teaching Assistants to provide daily supply cover across local primary schools.
Daily supply can be particularly useful if you’re looking to build school-based experience, establish relationships with schools or find a longer-term position.
The RoleYou may be asked to:
*Support the class teacher
*Work with individual pupils
*Lead or assist small-group activities
*Support Phonics, English and Maths
*Provide SEND support
*Assist with classroom routines
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
From Supply to Long-TermDaily supply can be the first step towards a longer-term placement.
If you perform well, build positive relationships with staff and are a good fit for the school, long-term placements can be made off the back of your daily supply work.
