Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in sales support, customer service, or order processing? These positions offer the opportunity to join successful organisations where you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Managing the full order lifecycle from enquiry through to delivery.
*Maintaining customer records, pricing information, and account details.
*Producing order confirmations and updating customers on order progress.
*Liaising with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
*Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
*Coordinating deliveries and resolving order-related issues.
*Producing reports and updating internal databases.
*Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Order Processor, Commercial Administrator, or similar.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
*A professional and customer-focused approach.
*Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.
