About the RoleThe main responsibilities of the role working on Nightshift are;
*Pick and collate orders for customers from customer order sheets
*Accurately record information onto the customer order sheets
*Pick orders efficiently & within required targets
*Pack meat using vacuum packing machine
*Recording weights and volume outputs
*Application of date labels and traceability labels to product
*Follow Company Policies, Procedures and Standards in the Company Quality System
*Follow Factory Personal Hygiene and Food Safety Regulations
*Help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified
*Report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues
