Restaurant Manager - About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the café and restaurant operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and an outstanding dining experience.
You will lead both front-of-house and kitchen teams, drive operational standards, manage stock and staffing, and support the commercial success of the business.
Restaurant Manager - Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day running of the café and restaurant
*Lead, motivate, and develop the hospitality team
*Ensure outstanding customer service at all times
*Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
*Manage stock ordering, stock control, and minimise wastage
*Prepare staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels
*Monitor performance against sales and profitability targets
*Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies
*Support seasonal promotions, events, and business growth initiatives
Restaurant Manager - Requirements:
*Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality management role
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities
*Experience in stock control, budgets, and commercial performance
*Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations
*Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and busy trading periods
*A full valid driving licence and access to your own car are absolutely essential for this role
