Full job descriptionInterim Financial Controller - Didcot
£80,000 equivalent | Hybrid | 2-3 month
Robert Half Ltd are supporting a business in Didcot who are looking for an experiencedFinancial Controller to join them on a 2-3 month assignment.
Key responsibilities:
*Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Provide financial reporting, analysis and commentary to the Board and Exec team.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
*Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR and project cost monitoring.
*Strengthen financial controls and drive continuous improvement across finance processes.
*Manage relationships with auditors, banks and HMRC.
*Lead and support the Finance team.
About you:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Strong Financial Controller/Finance Manager experience, ideally within a complex or fast-paced environment.
*Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and financial controls experience
*Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial information to the Board/Exec team.
