Key Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
*Troubleshoot and debug applications, enhancing performance and user experience.
*Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
*Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practises in software development.
Skills


*Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
*Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
*Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
*Strong communication skills, with a keen ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
