The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Supervise whole classes during the absence of the regular teacher.
*Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
*Maintain positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment.
*Support students in completing assigned work.
*Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation and behaviour.
No planning or marking required.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*Previous experience working within a school environment.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*Confidence leading groups of students.
*A professional, adaptable and reliable approach.
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
