OverviewI’m working with an established sustainability consultancy looking for a Senior Energy Consultant to join their London team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Energy Consultant to take ownership of technical work across energy modelling, building regulations and overheating assessments, while continuing to develop their career.
Benefits*£41,000-£52,000 salary

Responsibilities*Deliver energy modelling and building performance assessments using IES VE
*Undertake Part L compliance and Part O overheating assessments as well as SAP assessments
*Carry out TM52/TM59 overheating analysis and TM54 operational energy assessments where required
*Produce and review technical reports and provide practical design recommendations
*Liaise with project teams to improve energy performance and support compliance
Qualifications & Experience*4+ years’ experience in energy consultancy or building physics
*Strong experience with IES VE and relevant building regulations
*Knowledge of Part L, Part O and overheating methodologies
*Confident managing technical deliverables and communicating with project teams
