Description
This role is mainly hands on coding (70%) in C# in an AI first team (Claude) and the rest of your time looking after a small team of 4 developers
*Design and develop scalable and efficient C# applications.
*Run scrum ceremonies
*Sprint planning sessions
*Uphold architecture and engineering standard
*Ensure an AI first culture
*Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
*Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
*Identify and resolve software issues and bugs in a timely manner.
*Maintain and improve existing software systems and applications.
*Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
*Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Profile
Must haves:
*C#
*Azure - App Services, Function Apps, SQL databases, App Gateways, APIM
*AI first developer - used tools like Claude or similar
*Currently managing or mentoring a small team - full management/team leadership training will be provided
