Full job descriptionManagement Accountant | Farnborough | £40,000-£53,000 OTE + Bonus & Benefits


An excellent opportunity for an experienced Part Qualified level Management Accountant to join a growing international business based in Farnborough. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small finance team, and help drive process improvements across the function.


Key Responsibilities
*Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
*Prepare management accounts, financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and accounting policies.
*Support audits, tax reporting and statutory requirements.
*Maintain and improve ERP and financial reporting systems.
*Lead and develop a small finance team, overseeing AP, AR, Payroll and Stockroom functions.
*Drive process improvements and support business performance reporting.


About You
*Degree qualified and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification.
*Minimum 3 years’ finance/accounting experience.
*Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills.
*Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical ability.
*Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.


Desirable
*SAP or other ERP/MRP system experience.
*Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.
*Experience within manufacturing, distribution or stock-controlled environments.

*£40,000-£50,000 base salary
