Working within a dedicated advisory and commercial solutions practice, you will operate as an embedded interim finance professional for an exceptional client portfolio spanning FTSE-listed, AIM-quoted, and private-equity-backed international groups. Whether stepping into a three-month management accounting leadership project, directing complex month-end closes, or driving technical IFRS transformations, you will develop a well-rounded commercial skillset far broader than any single in-house role could offer—while keeping an elite Top 10 brand on your CV.

Responsibilities
*Second directly into client finance teams on interim assignments, high-impact change projects, and core finance functions.
*Prepare consolidated statutory financial statements and audit-ready year-end packs under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS.
*Deliver month-end close procedures for larger corporate entities, including ledger oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal postings.
*Develop tailored management accounting packs, executive KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with client decision-making needs.
*Provide proactive technical accounting advisory on day-to-day transactions, emerging reporting standards, and regulatory changes.
*Build rolling budgets, short-term cash flow models, and commercial variance forecasts for client executive boards.
*Identify finance process inefficiencies and recommend accounting software add-ons and standard methodology improvements.
As a Industry-style Consultant you will:
*Be fully ACA, ACCA, or ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent).
*Have proven audit, statutory reporting, or outsourced management accounting experience within public practice or commerce.
*Possess a solid, up-to-date working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS frameworks.
*Demonstrate strong analytical capability, adaptability, and the commercial confidence to advise client Finance Directors and Partners directly.
*Exhibit the ability to supervise junior colleagues and hit deadlines across simultaneous deliverables.
*Hold full, unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
