Full job descriptionIT Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 per year + £2,000 in overtime
Location: Cambridge – travel to customer sites required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional weekend work
Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to visit customer sites and help resolve issues with EPOS equipment, networks and back-office servers.
The role:
*Investigate and resolve IT problems on-site.
*Write clear reports and keep customers updated.
*Arrange any further repairs or support required.
*Keep equipment records up to date.
What you’ll need:
*Good IT troubleshooting skills.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*An organised and flexible approach.
*A full, clean driving licence.
