The Opportunity
A leading transport operation is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day operational performance and manage frontline teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service reliability, operational compliance, team performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and support operational control teams.
*Manage driver performance and conduct matters.
*Oversee service reliability and punctuality.
*Ensure operational compliance standards are maintained.
*Support investigations, coaching and performance improvement activities.
*Work closely with planning teams to deliver service changes and operational improvements.
*Develop effective communication processes across operational teams.
*Ensure operational systems and resources are functioning effectively.
*Drive high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
About You
*Previous experience within transport, logistics or operational management.
*Experience leading front-line operational teams.
*Strong understanding of performance management and compliance.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
*Full driving licence required.
