Full job descriptionFast growing Wilmslow Claims Management Company are looking for an FNOL Claims Handler to manage the initial enquiry stage of claims; it will be fast paced and required strong accuracy, asking all the right questions as well as ensuring you properly explain the process to customers, then arranging recovery, vehicle hire & vehicle repair services.
*Salary circa £27k
*9am-5pm Monday to Friday
*Overtime available on Saturdays paid at 1.5x, half days or full days!
*Good work sources – not ’hard sell’ type FNOL!
There is parking on site, and they are a short walk to Wilmslow train station.
We are able to start someone ASAP.
