Full job descriptionThis is an opportunity to join a Top 200 law firm and Legal 500-ranked Property Litigation team in central Liverpool. Widely regarded as one of the strongest real estate disputes practices in the North West, the firm combines excellent work with a genuinely supportive culture and clear career progression.

You’ll join a team of 10 specialists across two offices, working closely with a Partner, Associate Solicitor, Fee Earner and two Paralegals. The caseload is broad, varied and often complex, covering:
*Landlord & tenant disputes
*Dilapidations
*Lease renewals
*Leasehold & freehold disputes
*Forfeiture
*Trespass claims
*Possession proceedings
The firm is keen to appoint a junior solicitor and can offer a structured development plan with a clear route for progression. Applications are welcome from solicitors with around 1+ year’s PQE in Property Litigation, although those who gained strong exposure during their training contract will also be considered.
