About the Role
We are looking for a Support Worker to join a welcoming team in Telford, supporting adults to live as independently as possible. Every day is different — you might be helping someone with their morning routine, supporting them out into the community, or simply being good company.
This is rewarding, varied work where you can see the difference you make. Full training is provided, and there is a clear route into senior roles for people who want to progress.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting adults with daily living, both at home and out in the community
*Encouraging independence, choice and confidence
*Helping with personal care, meals, appointments and activities
*Keeping clear, accurate support records
*Working with families, senior staff and health professionals
*Following support plans and reporting any changes or concerns

Person Specification*A positive, patient and encouraging approach
*Good communication and teamwork skills
