*Salary of £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
*Short Fridays, finishing at 13:15

*Parts / kit orders: receiving, entering and tracking orders so customers get what they need, when they need it
*Shipping coordination: preparing shipping documents, working with carriers and making sure goods go out on time
*Customer service: answering enquiries, giving order and product information, and escalating anything that needs it
*Supply chain support: helping with stock checks, order scheduling and keeping work flowing between departments
ABOUT YOU
*Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics or a similar admin role

*A confident communicator, on the phone and by email
*Happy to work as part of a team, but able to take ownership and get on with things
*Comfortable using IT systems and order processing software
*Manufacturing or engineering background helpful, but not essential
