Are you passionate about education and supporting young people to reach their full potential? An excellent SEN school in Reading is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Psychology graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs.
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
*Support students’ academic progress, confidence, and social development.
*Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and participation in learning.
*Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
*Previous SEN or classroom experience is beneficial but not essential.

*Pay: £93-£110 per day
*Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-3:30 pm
*Contract: Full-time
