We’re recruiting for a Property Management Team Leader to join an established and highly respected, award-winning independent estate agency in South East London.

The Role
As a Property Management Team Leader, you will:
*Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers
*Conduct performance reviews and support individual career progression plans
*Oversee the full property management operation, including maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes
*Monitor KPIs, workloads and portfolio performance to maintain high operational standards
*Manage escalated complaints and complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships
*Drive process improvements, audits and service standards to improve efficiency and customer experience
*Report to senior leadership and contribute to wider business planning and property management initiatives
Property Management Team Leader Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
*Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
*Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
*A positive, proactive and can-do attitude
*Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards
*A commitment to supporting, coaching and developing team members
What’s on Offer?
*Up to £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
*Regular incentives
*Monday to Friday working, 9am–6pm
