Full job descriptionA top-rate law firm is seeking a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is for an experienced Paralegal with at least 4 years’ experience working within a busy trade mark department. A CITMA qualification would be beneficial for this role. To be successful, you’ll need strong experience in handling, filings, oppositions, registrations, formalities etc.
Duties:
*Preparing and filing trade mark applications.
*Maintaining the firm’s IP management system.
*Handling oppositions procedures.
*Attending to formalities work.
*Liaising with clients.
*Processing incoming communications.
*Preparing correspondence.
