Customer Service Agent ( 6 month contract )
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £26,277.50 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)
The Role
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Agent to provide excellent support to customers within a busy contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically.
*Log and update customer information accurately.
*Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
*Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
*Meet service standards and contribute to team targets.
Requirements
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Good IT and administration skills.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential.
