We are working with a highly regarded housebuilder seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join an award-winning project team on a large, multi-phase residential development in East Dorset. The Role
Reporting into the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, programme delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with the management of subcontractors and site activities.
*Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
*Supporting site inspections and quality control procedures.
*Monitoring progress and helping to coordinate trades on site.
*Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
*Assisting with customer journey and defect management processes.
About You
*Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction.
*Strong understanding of health & safety and NHBC standards.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Ambitious, career-driven and eager to progress into a Site Manager position.
*Experience working on volume housing or multi-unit residential developments is desirable.
*Experience working within an award-winning team or high-performing residential environment would be advantageous.
