A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join an established and successful property business in Bristol, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio
The role has a strong client-facing focus, working closely with larger portfolio clients through regular meetings and ongoing relationship management, alongside the day-to-day management of residential and student properties.
Role Overview
*Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties
*Building strong relationships with key portfolio clients
*Holding regular meetings with clients to review performance and ongoing requirements
*Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
*Overseeing property inspections, compliance and any required actions
*Managing tenancy queries and resolving issues effectively
About You
*Previous property management experience
*Strong client relationship and communication skills
*Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
*Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team
