About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Colnbrook.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a first-class customer experience. Working within a busy and supportive environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
*Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
*Keeping customers informed of order and delivery progress
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
*Processing customer information accurately and updating records
*Completing general administrative tasks
*Supporting the wider team with daily operational activities
*Meeting service and performance targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous customer service experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*A positive, professional and proactive attitude
*The ability to work effectively under pressure
*A team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus
Salary & Benefits
*£26,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience
*23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
*07:30 - 16:30
*08:00 - 17:00
