Description
*Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Leicestershire and Lincolnshire.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
*Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
*Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
*Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Profile
A successful Area Sales Manager should have:
*Proven experience in sales, preferably within the business services industry.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*The ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
*Good knowledge of the Leicestershire and Lincolnshire
*Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*A full UK driving licence.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £34,200 to £41,800, dependent on the level of experience.
