About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, target-driven Credit Controller to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maximise cash collection and minimise credit risk, ensuring payments are received within agreed terms.
You will be responsible for chasing outstanding debts, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and chase outstanding debts to meet collection targets.
*Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment promises.
*Resolve payment queries and escalate issues when necessary.
*Manage credit limits and monitor new customer accounts.
*Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
*Identify opportunities to improve collection performance.
About You:
*Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
*Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
*Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent organisation and time management.
*Target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
