Full job descriptionFindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established manufacturer within the park and leisure homes sector with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager.
Permanent, full-time field-based position covering Devon and the South West of England, with regular customer travel.
Salary
£35,000 basic salary + performance-related bonus with OTE of approximately £70,000 + company car + laptop + mobile phone
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field sales professional to take ownership of a regional territory, develop new business and build lasting relationships with customers across the leisure homes market.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop your own sales territory across the South West.
*Identify prospective customers and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.
*Generate new business through proactive field sales activity.
*Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
*Plan and conduct regular customer visits across the region.
*Deliver excellent service from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.
*Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen market presence.
*Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
*Provide market intelligence and competitor information to the wider business.
*Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM system.
*Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support wider commercial growth.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience within field sales, business development or territory management.
*Proven ability to generate new business and grow customer accounts.
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Confident managing a large geographical territory independently.
*Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
*Experience within leisure homes, caravans, holiday parks or a related sector would be advantageous.
*Full UK driving licence required.
*Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the region.
