FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established family-run automotive dealership with the recruitment of a Motor Sales Executive.
Permanent, full-time position based in Shrewsbury.
Salary
£35,000 – £60,000 OTE, depending on experience and performance + uncapped commission + additional benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to join a successful dealership representing a range of new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
*Sell both new and used vehicles
*Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements
*Present vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefits
*Arrange and conduct test drives
*Follow up telephone, email and online enquiries
*Negotiate deals and convert enquiries into sales
*Work towards agreed individual and dealership sales targets
*Maintain accurate customer and sales records
*Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
*Work closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer journey
Skills & Experience
*Minimum 1 year of previous car sales experience required
*Strong track record within automotive sales
*Confident dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone and by email
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
*Strong organisation and follow-up skills
*Comfortable working as part of an established sales team
*Good general computer skills
*Full UK driving licence required
