Permanent, full-time position based in Abingdon.
Salary
£29,500 – £35,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
This is a great opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional to join a busy internal sales team, developing new business through outbound calling and building strong relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound sales and telemarketing calls to prospective customers
*Identify customer requirements and present suitable products and services
*Build rapport quickly and develop strong customer relationships
*Follow up leads generated through marketing activity and previous enquiries
*Convert opportunities into sales and new business
*Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system
*Manage your own pipeline and follow-up activity
*Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets
*Provide a professional and persuasive customer experience over the phone
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience within telesales, B2B sales, internal sales or telemarketing would be advantageous
*Strong telephone and communication skills
*Confident speaking with prospective customers and handling objections
*Motivated and target-driven
*Good relationship-building and listening skills
*Strong organisation and follow-up ability
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a sales team
*Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial
*Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
