We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team on the near outskirts of Burton, easily accessible from Branston, Barton under Needwood, Walton & Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and accurately.



Key Responsibilities:

*Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.


*Loading and unloading deliveries safely.


*Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock.


*Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring deadlines are met.


*Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.


*Following all health and safety procedures.


*Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.




Requirements for the successful Operative:

*A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


*Good attention to detail and organisational skills.


*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


*Good timekeeping, reliability and a flexible approach to work.


*The ability to carry out manual handling duties where required (sometimes can involve more heavy lifting when hand-palletising goods)


*Minimum 12 months within a logistics / store room environment
