Full job descriptionPortfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business, that are currently seeking 2 HR Advisors to join them on a temporary basis for 12 months.
This role will be based in Exeter, and offers hybrid working.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £17.97 per hour plus holiday pay.


As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
*Supporting with complex ER cases, specifically around grievances, including completing the full investigations
*Coaching managers and senior leaders regarding the investigation and outcomes
*Undertake field-based work around the area


The ideal HR advisor will have experience in the following;
*Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge, must have worked on grievances
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Great communication and organisational skills
